Carolyn has always had an incredible amount of energy. As soon as she could walk, she was swinging from shower curtains, hanging from the 2nd-floor window or using the closet rods as monkey bars! At age 4, she enrolled in her first gymnastics class, and by age 11, was the youngest Elite competitor at the Canadian National Championships. She later "ran away with the circus," touring as a professional Trick Rider/Acrobat in an equestrian production called "Cheval Theatre," the brainchild of Cirque du Soleil's Director of Creation, Gilles Ste-Croix. She became their official Media Spokeswoman for Television, Radio and Print, in English, French and Spanish. Carolyn was also part of the original Creative Team for "Cavalia." In 2005, she competed as a surfer in the first ever Women's Pipeline Surfing Championships in Hawaii and also competed at Nationals in 2007.

Becoming a professional stuntwoman was a natural progression for this athlete with a passion for performing. She landed her first stunt jobs in Hawaii, rappelling from sea cliffs, riding horses and jumping out of the way of fast-moving cars! That's when her stunt career began taking shape: a way of doing what she loved while using her natural abilities. She found her way to Hollywood and was invited to join the United Stuntwomen's Association. She is also a board member of the Stuntwomen's Foundation and attends film school. The next strong passion has emerged: action on film!
